Finance, Controlling Accounting Analyst

Rowen Rose is a contemporary luxury fashion house with operations across France and Italy. As the brand enters a structuring phase, we are looking for a Finance, Controlling & Accounting Manager to bring rigor, clarity, and control to our financial ecosystem. Reporting directly to Management, this role is the financial backbone of the Maison.

Salary: 28 000 – 32 000 € gross annual

Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Business Control Monitor and manage cash flow: forecasting, liquidity planning, financing needs

Build and update business plans and financial projections

Analyse performance by channel (wholesale, e-commerce, marketplaces) — margin, revenue, profitability

Track budgets and proactively identify cost optimisation levers

Design and maintain financial reporting dashboards for Management Accounting & Administration Oversee accounting flows for France and Italy, in coordination with external accountants

Monitor client receivables (wholesale, e-commerce, marketplaces) and follow up on outstanding payments

Manage supplier payments and payment schedules

Structure and continuously improve accounting processes

Daily Operations & Administration Handle day-to-day administrative tasks: legal documents, contracts, and invoicing

Manage shipping documentation and customs paperwork for international orders

Record daily accounting entries and track expenses and receipts

Run monthly reconciliations: bank statements, supplier accounts, and payments

Profile

Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business (or related fields)1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit or financial controlling

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with accounting and BI tools is a plus Fluent in English and in Italian, French is a strong plus Autonomous, rigorous, and proactive
