Join us as a Pricing Expert to support our pricing strategy implementation and contribute to revenue growth across Europe.
Responsibilities
Own pricing projects end-to-end: define the problem, gather insights, build a clear recommendation, align stakeholders, and drive implementation through to customer communication
Design and run pricing experiments to inform packaging and pricing decisions that drive revenue growth
Optimize revenue per user (ARPU) through in-depth analysis of customer segments and pricing plans
Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, and local market teams to execute pricing initiatives
Contribute to strategic projects such as new market expansion, add‑on development, and package optimization

High visibility: leadership places significant focus on pricing as a key revenue driver. You’ll have direct impact on Qonto’s revenue targets across Europe.
Real cross‑functional work: your week spans product roadmap alignment, finance validation, marketing execution, and local market collaboration — not siloed analysis.
Project variety: from ARPU optimization to new market expansion to customer migration — no two weeks look the same.
About your future manager
You’ll work closely with Florine, our Head of Pricing & Packaging, as your future manager. Florine has 15+ years of pricing expertise - from global pricing at Saint Laurent across 25+ markets, to BCG where she advised large organizations on pricing strategy and revenue performance. She joined Qonto to build something from the inside.
Qualifications
Pricing expertise: 4-6 years of experience with hands‑on pricing projects, monetization strategy, and go‑to‑market activities
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with quantitative analysis, P&L, customer segmentation, price elasticity, and revenue modeling; SQL is a plus
Project ownership: you can take an ambiguous brief, structure it, involve the right stakeholders, and deliver a clear recommendation on time
Communication & influence: you can present complex analyses in a way that lands with both product teams and senior leadership
Organization: you handle multiple concurrent projects without losing track
English fluency required; other European languages a bonus
