Investment Governance Specialist - Internship

La posizione è aperta all’interno del team di Generali Italia.

The successful intern will support the Data Management and IT Coordination Team in the following areas, by performing the related tasks:
Generali Investments Holding IT Budget Management:

Oversee the management of the IT budget, ensuring funds are allocated appropriately and within budgetary constraints

Prepare and present budget reports to senior management

Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures where possibleIT Project List Management:

Maintain and update the investment project list, ensuring all projects are accurately documented and tracked

Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely updates and progress reports

Group Reporting Management:

Manage the preparation and distribution of IT Cost and Project reports to the Group Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather necessary dataDORA TPM Management:

Oversee the management of DORA TPM (Digital Operational Resilience Act - Third Party Management) processes

Ensure compliance with DORA regulations and guidelines

Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and performance standards

Must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field

Proven experience in third-party risk management, preferably within the financial services industry

Exposure to asset management or financial services industry would be a plus

Soft skills:

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills and team-oriented mindset

Fluency in English, both written and spoken Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using risk management software and tools
