Customer Onboarding Officer - Italian Market ðð¹

You will influence how onboarding is executed during a pivotal expansion phase.
Retribuzione / Benefits Conduct manual validations of customer and company profiles (approx. 15–20 per day) to determine account eligibility
Review complex KYC/KYB documents across the customer lifecycle (passports, IDs, registration papers, financial statements)
Draft structured analytical reports for each case to justify accept/reject decisions
Provide operational support and guidance to the level one DTO team as needed
Maintain high cadence to clear the onboarding backlog and process accounts efficiently
Responsabilità1–2 years of operational experience in customer care, KYC/KYB and/or compliance
Strong attention to detail and ability to review complex legal and financial documents
Analytical writing skills with capability to articulate clear analyses
Adaptability and resilience in high-volume, potentially stressful environments
Fluent Italian (written and spoken) and good English Customer-focused mindset with awareness of impact on customer journey
