IT Finance Manager

We are looking for a higly experienced IT Finance Manager to join our international IT organization and act a strategic partner for Finance, Controlling and Treasury functions.
The role is responsible for the governance, evolution and optimization of the IT Finance & Controlling landscape, ensuring that technology effectively support financial operations, reporting, compliance and decision-making across the business
Key responsabilities
Own the IT roadmap for Finance & Controlling applications
Act as the main IT reference point for Finance and AFC stakeholders
Lead the design and delivery of IT solutions supporting accounting, controlling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and treasury
Coordinate internal IT teams and external system integrators
Drive process optimization, automation and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit and regulatory requirements
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in IT roles supporting Finance & Controlling
Strong knowledge of AFC processes and ERP Finance Sytems
Proven experience in IT Finance leadership or senior IT Business Partner roles
Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
Fluent italian and professional English
