Permanent Bracco is an international Group active in the healthcare sector and a leader in diagnostic imaging. The Group’s main products are contrast agents sold in over 100 countries, both directly and indirectly through branches, joint ventures and license and distribution agreements.
Role and Responsibilities The Statutory Consolidated Financial Statement Specialist will be part of the Corporate Finance, Administration & Control team and will support the Group consolidation and reporting activities.
Key responsibilities
Preparation of reconciliation and consolidation entries
Analysis and reconciliation of intercompany balances
Variance analysis
Preparation of the notes to the annual financial statements
Preparation of interim financial statements
Preparation of supporting documentation for management reporting and data analysis
Ensuring compliance of financial statement items with international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS)
Liaising with both internal stakeholders (AFC: Controlling, Treasury, ITS and Tax) and external counterparts (e.g. Payroll, Business Functions)
Managing relationships with external auditors and other supervisory bodies
Interfacing with other Group companies
Contributing to the development projects of the function
Functional Knowledge and Minimum Experience At least 2 years of relevant experience gained within audit firms or in consolidated financial reporting departments
Solid knowledge of international accounting standards (IAS/IFRS)
Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
Good proficiency in the main Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of SAP and Oracle consolidation systems will be considered a plus Additional and Soft Skills Flexibility and team orientation
Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines, with a strong degree of autonomy and organizational skills
Strong analytical capabilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent IT skills
Employment terms
The role is classified at Level D under the National Collective Agreement for the Chemical-Pharmaceutical Industry (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €32.950,40. The overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
