Finance Transformation Specialist; SAP S​/HANA

Position: Finance Transformation Specialist (SAP S/4HANA)
Experteer Overview You will contribute to a group-wide finance transformation program, standardising end-to-end processes on SAP S/4

HANA across international operations. You bridge Finance and Technology, shaping process design and documentation, and supporting the rollout of new processes to finance and admin users. You operate as the Finance reference point for SAP-enabled processes and collaborate with cross-country stakeholders to balance local needs with central models.

This role offers impact across Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Treasury, in a growth‑minded, inclusive environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits Support end-to-end Finance transformation initiatives across core process areas:
Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Treasury & Cash Management Analyze and document current and future Finance processes; translate requirements into process and system specifications

Support international alignment of Finance processes, balancing local requirements with central operating models

Act as Finance point of reference for SAP S/4

HANA in collaboration with Technology teams

Produce and maintain Finance process documentation (maps, guidelines, requirements) ensuring clarity and consistency

Support rollout of new processes among Finance and administrative users, including functional testing and stabilisation phases

Responsabilità3–5 years in Finance or Accounting with hands‑on knowledge of core processes (GL, AP/AR, month‑end close, treasury)
Solid understanding of SAP FI‑CO modules and ERP logic (master data, posting flows, controls, reconciliations)
Ability to translate Finance requirements into system specifications and communicate with Finance and Tech stakeholders

Experience in evolving international/multi‑entity environments and managing multiple stakeholders

English knowledge at C1 level

Experience in Finance transformation or SAP‑enabled projects is a plus Requisiti fondamentali
