Junior Consultant | Digital Finance & AI Transformation

Experteer Overview As a member of the Digital Finance Transformation team in Italy, you help clients transform finance processes using AI to improve performance and decision‑making. You work on end-to-end finance projects, from process analysis to reporting, leveraging AI to automate, visualise, and derive insights. You will design operating models and performance management approaches that reduce manual tasks and boost forecasting accuracy.

This role offers exposure to cross‑functional teams, AI‑enabled finance solutions, and international projects within a supportive, inclusive environment.

Retribuzione / Benefits Conduct process assessments and gap analyses using AI‑enabled tools to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities

Design the Target Operating Model (TOM) with AI‑assisted insights to optimize workflows and decision support

Redefine performance management strategies for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting using AISupport reporting and data visualization by building dashboards and insights to reveal anomalies and trends

Collaborate with clients to implement and integrate EPM systems with AI‑enabled modules and develop business cases and feasibility studies

Define organizational structure, competencies, resources, training plans, operating logic, and timelines for finance digital transformation initiatives

Responsabilità

Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics or similar AI-oriented program

Excellent knowledge of English, with study or work experience abroad preferred

Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about AI in finance processes and decision‑making

Interest in learning how finance transformation projects are executed and how AI can generate actionable insights

Ability to bridge business understanding and technology to deliver insights for planning, forecasting, and reporting
