To fuel this growth, we’re looking for a Strategic Finance Analyst to join our Finance team.

The Strategic Finance Analyst team plays a critical role in supporting business functions to shape and deliver key strategic initiatives, helping us consolidate our leadership in Italy while accelerating our international expansion.

As a Strategic Finance Analyst, you will work closely with the CFO, Country Heads of Finance and the broader leadership team to help steer company performance and shape our future.

You will take ownership of Financial Planning & Analysis activities and act as a trusted partner to business leaders, using a data-driven approach to support decision-making, optimize processes, and execute key priorities.

This role requires strong analytical and financial capabilities, along with the ability to translate insights into clear, compelling narratives. We’re looking for someone with a proactive “can-do” attitude, and a genuine passion for working at the intersection of finance and strategy.
