Experteer Overview As Market and Credit Risk Analyst, you will support risk capital calculations and risk oversight across investments and ALM. You will develop and calibrate models for Solvency II and internal steering, manage model risk, and assist risk-based decision making. You’ll design regulatory stress tests and contribute to ORSA and risk reporting while driving process improvements.
This role offers a chance to impact risk governance in a leading insurance group and collaborate across actuarial, business, and risk functions.

Oversight of Investment and ALM risk Develop and calibrate Solvency II and internal steering models
Model Risk Management Support risk-based investment decisions and business steering
Design and execute regulatory stress tests

Contribute to internal/external risk reporting (e.g. ORSA)
Drive processes improvement and automation
Responsabilità
Master’s degree in quantitative finance, statistics, mathematics, physics, actuarial science, or related discipline3-5 years of experience in insurance or related fields with a focus on risk management, actuarial topics, or investments
Good understanding of Solvency IIExcellent knowledge of Office 365
Advanced Python and SQL proficiency; VBA and/or C++ experience is a plus Fluency in Italian and English
