I'M IN, is the International Graduate Program of Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, designed for outstanding recent graduates and young professionals who aspire to build a career in Corporate & Investment Banking.

What you'll be doing
You will join the Institutional Clients – Investors team within the IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, supporting relationship management and development with institutional clients. You will contribute to financial analyses and operational activities supporting Relationship Managers, interacting with multiple Group functions to ensure an integrated offering.
You will have the opportunity to support the following activities:
Support Relationship Managers in managing institutional clients
Contribute to preparing credit requests and related documentation
Interact with divisional branches and Operations teams
Participate in monitoring financial performance, risk profile and business development
Support administrative activities related to client management
Interact with clients to manage operational requests and resolve issues
Who we are looking for
If you are looking to turn your passion into a career and meet the following requirements, we would be delighted to hear from you:
0–1 years of experience, if CIB or in audit is a plus
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or related fields
Knowledge of corporate finance and banking products
Ability to analyse financial statements and business plans
Excellent knowledge of English (minimum level B2/C1)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong numerical attitude and knowledge of administrative processes is a plus
