Experteer Overview  Join Euronext Milan as a Fixed Income Market Specialist in the Fixed Income Retail Markets Team. You will monitor primary markets, analyze product characteristics for regulatory and system compliance, and provide statistics to inform business development. You’ll conduct competitor and client analyses to strengthen relationships and support listing activities. This role combines market insight with operational improvement to help shape capital markets.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Monitor primary markets to propose new bonds for liquidity providers’ activity on EuroTLX and MOT markets
Analyze product characteristics for regulatory compliance, procedures, and trading/settlement system requirements
Compute periodic statistics for fixed income products to support business development strategies
Conduct competitor analyses to identify market trends and improvement areas
Perform client analyses to strengthen issuer and liquidity provider relationships
Support day-to-day listing activities and related projects
Responsabilità   MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Python for automating statistical reports
Strong analytical skills with data and market trends interpretation
Excellent communication and teamwork with a client-focused mindset
Experience in fixed income markets or related areas preferred
Ability to manage complex processes and drive operational improvements
Strong client-facing skills and proactive response to client needs
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience
