Project Finance Analyst - Treasury Officer

Project Finance Analyst - Treasury Officer in Milan (Italy) to join our M Renewables team at Metlen Energy & Metals.

Responsibilities

Preparing presentations, Information Memorandums, bank teasers and reports addressed to banks for Project Financing transactions

Finance documents administration, compliance reports, undertakings reporting and waiver processes

Managing complex financial models to analyze debt funding and returns

Evaluating bankability aspects of project documents (EPC, O&M, PPA) and providing support with quantitative analyses

Selection of specialized Advisors and Due Diligence coordination

Supporting the execution including financial close, CPs satisfaction and drawdown reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Business Administration; a Master’s Degree in a related field is an asset

1–2 years’ proven experience in banks, advisory firms or large organizations with similar responsibilities

Good knowledge of Project Financing documentation, due diligence and financial close processes

Knowledge of legal and accounting principles of non-recourse financing

Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Italian and English language proficiency
