Investment Banking Associate​/Senior Associate

Experteer Overview  As an Investment Banking Associate/Senior Associate at Citi, you help clients raise capital and receive strategic advisory on M&A and other transactions. You will work closely with the Institutional Banking team to execute deals, mentor analysts, and contribute to Citi’s franchise. The role focuses on delivering value through rigorous financial analysis and transaction execution  will be a strategic advisor shaping investment strategies and capital-raising efforts for clients.

Responsabilità   5-8 years of relevant experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related area;
Master’s degree in Business Administration
Experience in evaluating corporate transactions and structures
Experience creating financial analyses
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience assisting with client development
Ability to work with teams and track business development
