Senior Pricing Actuary - P&C

Position: SENIOR PRICING ACTUARY - P&C
In this role, you support the Pricing Team for Midcorporate by developing and reviewing tariffs and technical prices for Non Motor products focused on Enterprises. You will build technical analyses, run what-if scenarios, and define technical requirements for IT systems to support tariff structures. You’ll work across functions to ensure model quality and drive forward-looking KPIs, contributing to pricing excellence and product concepts.
Develop technical analyses aligned with Group Best Practices across the tariff process
Perform data preparation and overall rate requirement analysis
Apply advanced statistical techniques for risk and behavioural models
Conduct what-if analyses to assess tariff impact on portfolio performance
Define technical requirements for IT implementation of tariffs and databases
Regularly assess model and analysis quality for accuracy
Create reports based on forward-looking KPIs
Participate in working groups to define New Product concepts
Interface with other corporate functions on business or regulatory issues
Collaborate to achieve a standard of Technical Excellence Agenda
Master’s degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics or equivalent field
3-5+ years in Insurance/P&C Pricing for Non motor
Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint;
PowerBI a plus
Knowledge of GLMs; ML knowledge a plus
Coding in Python or R; SQL or SAS
Knowledge of Tower Watson Suite (Emblem, Radar);
Classifier a plus
Ability to engage with stakeholders
Proactive in improving tools and approaches
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
