Scovai, a leader in talent acquisition, partners with a prestigious financial institution to appoint a Head of Private Banking & Wealth Management in Milan. The role combines P&L ownership with a mandate to grow AUM, develop wealth-management products, and manage a high-net-worth client portfolio in a hybrid work setting.
You will lead a team of private bankers, drive ESG initiatives, ensure MiFID II compliance, and build cross-border relationships across Italy, Switzerland, and beyond.
