BFF Bank in Milan seeks an Operations Specialist for the Collection French Market with fluent French and English (B2). The role is a 1-year fixed-term contract based in Milan, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
You will manage overdue receivables, update credit data, prepare reports, and collaborate with Legal/Administrative teams to handle complex cases while ensuring timely, compliant collections.
