Job Description & How to Apply Below
Zenith Global , now part of IQ-EQ, a leading global investor services group, is a financial intermediary pursuant to Article 106 of the Italian Banking Act (TUB), specialised in structured finance transactions. Founded in 2000, Zenith Global manages more than 300 securitisation special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and approximately €50 billion in assets in its role as Master Servicer.

With more than 220 professionals across its Milan and Rome offices — with women representing over 63% of the workforce and 80% of management — in 2024 Zenith Global obtained the UNI/PdR 125:2022  Gender Equality Certification  and was recognised as a  Great Place to Work  for two consecutive years, in 2024 and 2025. Since 2017, the company has maintained the highest “Strong” rating assigned by S&P Global Ratings.

A market leader in real estate securitisations with over 60% market share, Zenith Global has also continued to innovate by developing, as a proof of concept, the first securitisation transaction using blockchain technology. Zenith Global performs all roles and activities connected with a securitisation transaction, from the incorporation of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and their administrative, accounting and corporate management, to cash and payment services, as well as Master Servicing, Back-up Servicing, credit portfolio management, regulatory activities and structuring services.

Zenith Global puts people at the centre, championing continuous development, diversity, inclusion and gender equality—core values of its corporate culture.

To strengthen its  Calculation Agent  team, Zenith Global is seeking an  Analyst  to support the analysis and reporting of securitization transactions.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare and issue Payment Reports, Investor Reports, ESMA Reports, and all other reporting required under the agreements governing securitisation transactions.
Develop a thorough understanding of the assigned securitisation transactions, managing day-to-day activities related to the Calculation Agent role and proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.
Review transaction documentation, focusing on provisions relevant to the Calculation Agent, and discuss comments or amendments with transaction counter parties and external legal advisors.
Design and develop reporting templates in accordance with transaction documentation, including (but not limited to) Payment Reports and Investor Reports.
Support the Master Servicer in preparing the periodic Servicer Reports, providing the Calculation Agent's contribution on the performance of the managed securitisation transactions in line with internal procedures and reporting deadlines.
Perform data calculations and analysis to support other business functions.
Liaise with both domestic and international investors and, where required, with Rating Agencies.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Mathematics, or Management Engineering (or a related quantitative discipline).
Good command of written and spoken English, particularly financial terminology.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to data management and workflow execution.
Practical, analytical mindset with excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
Proactive, dynamic, and hands-on attitude, with the ability to respond quickly to operational challenges and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative team-oriented approach.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for recent graduates who have completed their academic studies and may have gained some initial professional experience, preferably within the  Financial Services  industry and/or the  securitisation  sector.

What we offer:

A role in a dynamic, growing and inclusive environment, with flexible working and the option to work remotely up to three days per week.
The opportunity to develop and strengthen specialised technical skills.
The opportunity to work closely with structured finance specialists and analyse securitisation transactions from the structuring phase onwards.
