Role Description
Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for a  Cash Management & Treasury Back-office Intern  to join our Headquarter Treasury team based in Milan. The Intern will report to our Treasury & Risk management Manager.

Key Responsibilities
The candidate will support the team in the following activities:
Reconcile bank accounts and ensure that transactions are settled on the correct dates.
Manage currency hedging requests for invoices in foreign currencies and perform end-of-day checks on the currency balance.
Enter forecasts for incoming and outgoing payments into the system to track the daily cash position.
Prepare bulk payments (e.g., salaries and other large payments) as well as urgent payments that need immediate processing
Handle financial operations in the Back Office, such as preparing letters for credit line usage or repayment, and confirm derivative transactions made by the Front Office.
Collaborate with the general accounting team and the accounts payable/receivable teams to resolve any issues.
Open and close bank accounts and manage the company’s credit card program.
Participate in ad-hoc treasury projects, such as optimizing payment flows or improving home banking systems, often working closely with IT colleagues.

Requirements
Eager to learn
The candidate should ideally be about to complete or have recently completed a master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Accounting; related fields are also suitable.
Studies or work experience abroad is a plus. xpavfwm
Fluent in  Italian  and  English .
