Responsibility:
Responsible for tax compliance.① Communicate with external consultants and tax authorities to complete tax returns and legally required compliance reports in a timely manner. ② Review local tax returns to ensure the accuracy and compliance of tax payments. ③ Assist with tax audits and other tax-related issues.
In charge of accounting and disclosure, responsible for month-end closing in time, assist with external audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies and etc.
Expenses review and analysis and payment approval process.
Responsible for PL and CF budget / forecast preparation and management.
Actively participate in financial projects and company-wide initiatives.
Maintain Fixed Assets Register and inventory stock take.
Collaborate with IT to complete system optimization.
Other financial work, including but not limited to coordinating with local banks, managing financial files, identifying and summarizing financial issues encountered in daily work, providing solutions, and implementing solutions afterward.
Requirements
Bachelor above, at least 8 years working experience in finance or accounting department in Italy
Must familiar with Italian Fiscal & Tax system and local practice, with Italian GAAP and IFRS , familiar with China GAAP is preferred;
Excellent English is must, Italian and Chinese will be preferred;
Have excellent communication skills, high sense of responsibility, strong learning ability and constantly improve working ability.
