Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Guest Services Officer based in Italy to warmly welcome guests and resolve requests at the Guest Services desk. The role requires hotel/guest service experience and proficiency in Italian, with a preference for knowledge of U.S.
currency and payments. The officer will handle cash transactions, provide Sea Pass cards, assist with luggage tracing, and respond to guest inquiries with clear, friendly communication.
