Human Resources internship - Linklaters

Linklaters is looking for a motivated new graduate to join the  HR team of the Milan office  for a  six-month internship from March 2026 .

The HR Intern will assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resources department. This among others includes :

Recruiting: administrating and running the recruitment process, from ensuring the candidate management system is up to date and running the assessment days;
HR management: assisting in the planning and organisation of overall HR processes together with the other teams, including updating of HR management systems and employees/lawyers records;
Network: assisting in the planning and organisation of HR network activities (Diversity&Inclusion, Health&Wellbeing, agile working, internal events…).

Requirements
Degree in Law, Economics, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields with excellent academic credentials;
Proficiency level in English;
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel);
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Comfortable at prioritising own caseload and dealing with a wide variety of different requests.
