Il candidato ideale ha 7-10 anni di esperienza in Legal & Compliance, preferibilmente in ambito assicurativo, oltre a una laurea in Giurisprudenza. Fondamentale la conoscenza delle normative (IVASS, IDD, POG, AML/CFT, GDPR) e una buona padronanza dell'inglese.
