Responsibilities
Design and implementation of business operations based on divisional strategy and securing the functionality of business to drive extensive and sustainable growth
Establishment and strategic development of a global consulting team
Maintaining and driving operational results within the division
Increasing productivity at all levels to effectively achieve BU goals by managing project execution and ensuring optimal utilization in the division
Overseeing the project management & implementation and taking full responsibility for overall efficiency and scaling of the business
Achieving operational excellence by overseeing the execution of functions, systems, processes and procedures and leading corrective measures as necessary
Driving sales activities in close cooperation with the Global Sales Director
Working closely with BU VP to define BU strategy, plan financial milestones, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to set targets
Profile
10+ years of experience in a senior role within the consulting business / pharma industry in leading positions, with a thorough understanding of business functions such as operations, project management, sales & marketing and finance
Demonstrable competency in operations management, strategic planning, project management and change management
Excellent project management skills and proven experience in planning, staffing and executing large and complex projects
Exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a large group in a unified direction and vision
Strong intercultural skills to successfully lead the global team
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Fluent in business English
Willingness to travel is required within the scope of the respective responsibilities
