Experteer Overview As Regional Sales Manager for Stryker's Extremities division, you will lead a field-based team across North & Central Italy, driving growth and talent development. You’ll manage both direct and indirect sales channels, strengthening hospital and surgeon partnerships while guiding the team through change.

Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Responsabilità
Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
Advanced English level (C1)7+ years of professional experience5+ years of commercial experience in sales and/or marketing3+ years of people management experience
Experience with in operating room environments
Demonstrated success in achieving commercial targets
Experience with in the Medical Devices industry
Preferred:
Orthopedic Implants, Trauma, or Extremities experience
Preferred: experience managing both direct and indirect sales models
Preferred: strong leadership and change management capabilities
Preferred: analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred: ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred: strong communication and stakeholder management skills
