Overview   Experteer Overview. As Director of Sales you lead revenue generation across all market segments and oversee a high-performing team, second to the Director of Sales & Marketing. You will build lasting relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients and act as a brand ambassador for Bulgari in client interactions and industry events.

Your role blends strategic revenue leadership with hands-on relationship management, shaping how we position Bulgari in the luxury market. This is a high-impact role at a premier Milan property.

Drive top-line revenue across Corporate, Leisure, Groups & Events, MICE, and Entertainment segments
Identify and exploit new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to proactively adjust strategy
Manage and grow a robust pipeline of accounts with qualified leads and confirmed business
Oversee and manage key accounts across all relevant market segments
Build relationships with luxury travel networks, entertainment professionals, and high-profile event organisers
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team with actionable coaching and clear goals
Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, F&B, and Operations to ensure seamless client experience
Deputise for the Director of Sales & Marketing when needed
Attend industry events and maintain visibility within luxury hospitality communities
Act as a true brand ambassador reflecting Bulgari’s beauty, heritage, and Italian excellence
Responsibilities    Minimum 7 years of progressive luxury hospitality sales experience
At least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role
Proven track record across corporate transient, leisure, groups, MICE, entertainment, and luxury travel trade
Ability to generate and convert significant revenue across multiple international markets

Experience with globally recognised luxury hotel brands or ultra-luxury properties
Strong existing network in corporate, entertainment, and luxury travel sectors is highly desirable
Fluent English (mandatory);
Italian is a significant advantage; additional languages are a plus
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with hotel PMS, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and revenue management tools
Highly organized, strategic, and cross-functional collaborator
