Assistant Project Manager

Essential Duties & Responsibilities   Support the full range of Project Management Process.
Provide day‑to‑day support on project delivery with minimal supervision.
Assist knowledge capture, sharing, and innovation.
Prepare and evaluate tenders, contractor selection, and contract documentation.
Manage risk and value management activities.
Administer contract provisions, monthly reporting, project meetings, and other related tasks.
Deliver all outputs accurately and timely to a high standard of quality.
Ensure service delivery complies with business policies, Health & Safety, and Quality Assurance.
Operate in compliance with client corporate governance procedures where applicable.
Achieve all objectives in the annual performance review process.
Commit to continuing professional development and continuous improvement.
Support development and management of project programmes and obtain stakeholder buy‑in.
Knowledge & Skills Required   Developing knowledge of construction industry technical matters.
Limited technical project management skills.
More developed skills around following PM Processes:
Risk, Opportunities and Issues, Change control.
Developing understanding of the entire project life cycle.
Good oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal skills with both client and staff.
Support stakeholder management.
Demonstrate a high degree of integrity.
Preferred

Education and Experience   Basic understanding of leadership techniques.
2+ years’ experience.
