MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
Brand repositioning:
Support the Marketing Team in the brand repositioning project already initiated (mainly artwork and content updates to the new brand identity)

Product offer development:
Conduct a benchmark of competitors and analyze the cookware market to help the team to identify the future product developments needed.
Prepare & participate in marketing studies (qualitative & quantitative)
Support product offer development, in collaboration with R&D, design, quality and supply teams, according to the strategy defined by managers.

Content & Communication:
Produce the launch package associated with the product offer, from packaging up to digital content. Brief agencies, participate in shootings, follow up on asset creation.
Identify market needs and produce ad-hoc content required by the markets for specific campaigns or “recovery & improved content” projects.

Performance management:
Support the marketing team with internal analysis (sell-in), using internal reporting tools (GPS, Qlikview…)
Analyze range performance (sales, margin, volumes) and produce recommendations to improve portfolio performances.
Provide ad-hoc analysis or elements necessary for the marketing team to build the strategy.

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED :
University degree (Past experience within the company on Marketing position will be a plus);
Fluent English;
Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills;
Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team.

Office presence is split between  Milan  (main office) and  Omegna  (where our production plant is located, usually 1 day per week. Transportation to Omegna is organized with the team.
Smart working possibilities: 2 days per week (to be agreed with the tutor after an initial training period).
