Global Junior PM

We are looking for a Global Junior PM to join the Global Marketing team in Bolton Food Business Unit based in Milan, Italy.

How you make the difference

In this role, you will support the execution of brand strategies across global markets and assist in managing product initiatives to drive growth. You will help ensure category performance aligns with the global vision of our leading food brands. How your agenda looks like:

-This role requires a consumer-centric mindset and strong project support skills. You will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, and Trade Marketing.

-Brand Support & Planning:
Assist in executing the Strategic Marketing Plan and gathering local market insights.

-Marketing Execution:
Help develop annual plans to support product growth and brand equity.

-Innovation Assistance:
Support the coordination of product development projects from concept to launch.

-Performance Tracking:
Assist in analyzing brand performance and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.

-Budget Monitoring:
Help track the marketing budget and ROI for your assigned category.

-Communication Support:
Provide operational support for the Communication Plan, from copy strategy to production.

Your team:

You will report directly to the Global Marketing Director Rio Mare.

What makes you a great fit:

Work Experience 1-2 years of experience in Product or Brand Management preferably in FMCGTechnical Skills
-You are comfortable using numbers to tell a story and have a high attention to detail-Demonstrated initiative, practical judgment, and problem-solving skills-You are proficient with Excel (formulas & reporting) and know how to create great presentations in PowerPoint-Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities-Language Skills-Proficiency in Italian and English is required
