Ristorante Abba, 1 stella Michelin cerca un pasticcere qualificato per entrare a far parte del proprio team con sede di lavoro a Milano. In questo ruolo, a tempo pieno e in sede, sarai responsabile della preparazione e della presentazione di dessert, dolci e prodotti da forno. Le tue mansioni includeranno lo sviluppo e la sperimentazione di nuove ricette, il rispetto dei più alti standard di qualità e la gestione degli ingredienti e delle scorte.
Collaborerai strettamente con il resto della brigata di cucina per garantire un'esperienza culinaria eccezionale per i nostri ospiti.
