Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.
This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
The starting date is estimated in February

As one of our F&B Service Experts, you’ll make sure you know every dish on the menu, so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. You’ll make sure their food and drinks are served quickly, efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues, you’ll deal with them right away.

What you’ll doTake guests’ food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.
Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
Order and restock outlet inventory.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What you’ll need:
Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
A safety-first approach.
Positive outlook and dependability.
Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
