Account Executive Outbound - Italian speaker

Join our brand new Italian outbound sales department:

Responsabilities:

Lead Generation: conduct in-depth research to uncover high-potential customers across diverse channels—online research, social media, industry events, and prospecting tools. Use advanced techniques to create a robust pipeline of highly qualified leads.

Own the entire Sales Cycle: take charge of the full sales process—from initiating outbound calls and emails to engaging potential clients. Qualify their business needs, offer tailored Odoo product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the buying journey until closing the deal.

Demonstrate Odoo product: share the latest apps, features, and product updates to end-users, ensuring they experience firsthand the value and impact Odoo can bring to their business.

Foster Client Relationships: build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, establishing trust and becoming a valuable partner in their success.

Requirements 1 - 3 years of experience in outbound sales (Italian market)
Fluent in Italian (C2) and English (C1)
Knowledge of sales techniques and tools for building a strong sales pipeline

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and long-term relationships with clients

Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully while maintaining a positive customer experience

Nice to have Technical Curiosity – Genuine interest in understanding how our software product and IT solutions work.

Adaptability – Comfort in adjusting the pitch when dealing with different levels of technical expertise.

Collaborative Attitude – Willingness to work closely with your colleagues.

Active Listening – Ability to capture both the technical and business needs expressed by prospects.

Pioneer our new Outbound Sales Department: you will be hands-on from day one helping shape its strategy, processes, and culture from the ground up Client facing role: as your confidence grows, so will your independence. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle: from defining the strategy, managing the first contacts, nurturing the relationship with the client all the way to closing the contract (not just making initial phone calls!)Continuous
