You will work closely with the team to shape revenue growth and market presence.

Maintain a strong project pipeline to meet quarterly sales targets
Support the commercial team in building strategic partnerships and new market channels

Adopt innovative technologies and working methods to enhance efficiency
ResponsabilitàDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering (or Economics as an alternative)3+ years’ experience in a commercial or sales role within the decentralised energy sector (B2B)
Understanding of business plans, project finance, and long-term contract structures
Strong relationship management and client engagement skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Willingness to travel frequently within Italy and occasionally abroad
Fluency in Italian and strong English proficiency
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
