As Human Sales & Interactions – Execution Lead, you will support and execute all human‑based sales touchpoints within BuBa, covering sales activation, onboarding acceleration and post‑sales interactions. Your mission is to ensure that human‑led commercial initiatives are executed effectively and consistently, translating strategic priorities into concrete actions across internal sales channels and sales networks. You will work closely with the Head of Human Sales & Interactions and collaborate with commercial networks, Operations and key internal stakeholders to drive sustainable growth and strong execution capability.
Purpose of the role
To strengthen the execution engine of Human Sales & Interactions within BuBa, ensuring that human acquisition, activation and outreach initiatives are delivered with strong operational discipline. The role supports the orchestration and execution of human‑led interactions, bridging strategy, sales and operations to improve performance, conversion and speed‑to‑activation across multiple human channels and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities Support execution of human acquisition and activation initiatives across internal sales channels and the Sales Network.
Ensure seamless cooperation between Human Sales, Operations and Product teams to support effective commercial distribution.
Drive execution of commercial initiatives, campaigns and pilots, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Improve inflow quality, conversion rates and speed‑to‑activation through structured execution and performance monitoring.
Translate strategic priorities into clear operational actions and execution plans.
Support rollout of new human interaction models, ensuring operational robustness and compliance.

Solid analytical capabilities combined with a pragmatic approach.
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Requirements University degree (preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields).8+ years of professional experience in commercial roles, sales execution, or cross‑functional project environments.
Experience working in cross‑functional environments and coordinating across Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
Availability to travel within Italy.
