Experteer Overview As Client Director, you will shape and execute strategies for global major accounts, driving revenue growth and value delivery. You will cultivate trust-based relationships with senior technology leaders, uncover new value opportunities, and lead cross-BU collaboration to achieve YoY growth and retention. You act as a trusted advisor across locations, developing account visions and orchestrating strategic execution. This role puts you at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and client success in a mission-driven, AI-forward company.

Translate client strategy into value delivery opportunities and new services

Lead overall account and territory strategy to drive growth and retention

Create exemplary account solutions and license architectures and drive execution

Coordinate account planning and cross-BU collaboration

Drive prospecting activities and increase customer engagement

Manage quota for a multinational account and forecast accuracy

Master Gartner sales methodology and ensure best-practice execution

Maintain competitive knowledge and relevant industry context

Responsabilità15+ years of experience with 10+ years in sales

Quota-bearing consultative selling in high-technology services or software

Proven track record with C-level and senior client relationships in multinational companies

Proficient in global account planning, territory management, and solution/licensing architectures

Strong executive presence, influence, collaboration, and communication skills

Ability to understand enterprise-wide issues and craft integrated IT solutions

Knowledge of technology buying centers and procurement processes in global accounts

Experience with PowerPoint, CRM tools, Word, Excel; strong presentation skills

Bachelor’s degree;
Master’s degree a plus

Experience with lifecycle sales proficiency
