As a Junior Account Executive - Partnerships you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our network of Partners. You'll be one of the the very first Recruitment Executives in the Italian office, helping us develop and expand our Partner network in Italy.
This is a unique opportunity to combine business development, relationship-building, and strategic thinking in one dynamic role . You’ll be the first point of contact for our global network of Partners: consulting companies and system integrators who help us sell, implement, and customize Odoo ERP software.
Making use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills you will expand our Partner network by building positive relations and explaining the potential of Odoo in the Italian market.
But this role goes far beyond sales. It’s about creating genuine value for Partners, helping them start their Odoo Partnership to unlock new opportunities, strengthen their service, and bring Odoo ERP to customers across Italy.
Initiate contact and qualify potential partners : understand their business, capabilities, values and processes to make sure it matches with our business model
Increase Odoo presence in Italy by finding and convincing the right IT providers to collaborate with us, sell and implement Odoo
Identify, engage and recruit new Partners , managing the early stage of the pre-sales process: first contact, explaining the Odoo potential in the Italian market, to Partnership activation and definition of the best strategy to launch the Partnership in terms of operations, training and marketing strategy
Show the product to the potential Partners and their prospects by providing personalized demonstrations of Odoo
Take initiatives to expand our Partner network by participating to events, fairs, webinars and launching new outbound marketing activities
Up to 1 year of experience as a Sales Account or Sales Consultant
Knowledge of Italian (C2) and English (C1)
Knowledge of sales techniques and tools for building a strong pipeline
Strong negotiation skills to close deals successfully while maintaining a positive experience
Business hunting skills
Based on your experience , the position offers a salary range between € 33.000 and € 36.000 plus commissions.
