Missoni is looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager to drive the development of its international wholesale business, expanding the brand's presence through a carefully selected network of premium partners.
We are seeking a commercially driven professional with a strong background in luxury and lifestyle wholesale, capable of combining business development expertise with a strategic approach to account management and retail performance.
The ideal candidate has an established international network, a deep understanding of premium distribution models, and a passion for building long-term partnerships that enhance brand value.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new wholesale business opportunities across international markets.
Open, negotiate and manage strategic wholesale accounts aligned with the brand positioning.
Build and strengthen relationships with independent boutiques, specialty retailers, department stores, resort stores and premium retail partners.
Drive business growth within existing accounts while expanding the distribution network.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve sell-out and overall account productivity.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to define assortments, commercial initiatives and growth strategies.
Analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Gather market insights to support the brand's wholesale strategy.
Travel internationally on a regular basis to manage existing partners and develop new business.
Profile
3-5 years of experience in wholesale sales, business development or international distribution within the luxury or premium lifestyle sector.
Proven experience managing international wholesale accounts and developing premium distribution networks.
Strong network within luxury, lifestyle, fashion and premium retail.
Solid understanding of both wholesale and retail dynamics.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
Fluent English is required; additional languages are considered a plus.
Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
Remuneration
We offer a Gross Annual Salary (RAL) within a range between €40.000 and €45.000, based on skills, seniority level, and the alignment of the candidate’s profile with the role requirements.
Additional, accessory, or variable remuneration components will be defined at the contractual offer stage, based on the specific responsibilities and characteristics of the position.
