Retribuzione / Benefits Analyze RFQ and customer technical drawings
Collaborate with sales, operations and support teams to define fit‑for‑customer solutions
Identify external content (3rd party) and obtain offers from suppliers
Coordinate content from other lines of business and obtain offers
Define proposal plan with resources, responsibilities, deliverables and due dates
Estimate internal content (hardware, software, services) using internal tools
Lead a team of estimators for complex proposals if needed
Expedite and coordinate responses to complete proposals
Prepare full proposal and costing of all hardware, software, services and contingencies
Coordinate internal processes (Kick‑off, Proposal Review, Risk & Opportunity, Global Approvals)
Prepare booking package / handover to operations when won
Attend face‑to‑face customer meetings
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in engineering
>5 years’ experience in estimating, selling or projects
Microsoft Office tools and other business level applications
Fluent in written and spoken Italian & English
Knowledge of Honeywell portfolio (plus)
Knowledge of competitor solutions and offers (plus)
Experience with products and solutions in the industrial automation market
