We are looking for a future full-time Client Advisor (1-year contract) to join our team in Milan, Via Verri.
Job responsibilities
Your mission
Outgoing, customer-focused, and an intuitive sense for Luxury: strengthen and build customer relationships through first-class consultations.
Meet individual CRM goals and maintain extensive product and repair knowledge, excelling in all customer interactions from consultation to sales to small repairs on site.
Serve as an after‑sales professional, remaining the primary point of contact for all post‑purchase topics.
Drive first‑class processing of repairs, from acceptance through communication with the responsible technical team to return to customers.
Profile
Your experience and skills
Experience in the luxury sector is preferred, but new starters are welcomed.
Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are a plus.
A passion for customer experience and consulting.
