The Position
He/she will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, Promoting the corporate culture and image and accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process, as well as building a pleasant and healthy work environment.
The team works together to creating a professional and motivating environment that reflects LDJ’s values and a pleasant experience for customers. Each member contributes uniquely to the team's success
Responsibilities
Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and well assisted and have a memorable experience aligned with the brand.
Demonstrate brand awareness, clientelingskills and product knowledge when communicating with customers. Engage with clients, manage the relationship with an international customer base and share La DoubleJ’s history, products and values.
Consistently assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner, providing a highly professional approach and outstanding service in order to maximisebusiness and to resolve customer issues.
Use conversation to discover client needs, partnering them with the appropriate sales professional attitude to achieve sales goals and create brand loyalty.
Promote team collaboration to build a pleasant and healthy environment where to work and to shop.
Maintain the work place tidy and organized.
Perform duties as reports, visual maintenance, etc.
Use effective sales techniques to achieve goals.
Required Qualifications
Availability to work on different shift patterns, such as: 18:00–22:00 or 14:00–23:00
Fluent English mandatory (additional language skills a plus)
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Organized and detail oriented
Proactivity
Strong commitment to builda team environment and collaboration
Willingness to work shifts
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in the role in retail settings
Computer skills
