As a Sales Manager at Adlook, a leading ad tech company, you will be crucial in driving revenue growth by strategically developing business with upper‑funnel focus clients and agencies. Utilising Adlook's innovative advertising solutions, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships, and securing new business.

Responsibilities

Build awareness and adoption of Adlook branding solutions with advertisers and agencies through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales efforts

Drive new business

Engage with senior advertiser executives to drive deal growth

Identify and prioritize efforts to connect with key decision-makers across large corporate advertisers and media agencies as a subject matter expert in the marketplace, educating businesses about Adlook offerings and staying informed about industry trends

Qualifications & Skills

3+ years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record of success in selling to brands and agencies. Understanding the programmatic ecosystem

Excellent media and communication skills

Consultative and diagnosis-driven selling approach

Strong relationship-building skills within brands and agencies

Enthusiasm about the fundamentals of sales, adept at measuring effectiveness and comfortable engaging with potential clients

Ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy

Excellent presentation skills with confidence in executive-level interactions

Fluent Italian and English

Travel and onsite client meetings
