Position: Regional D2C Lead (EU South)
Experteer Overview  As Regional D2C Lead – EU South, you own the commercial performance of Signify’s direct-to-consumer business across Italy, Spain, and France. You will drive the regional D2C eCommerce agenda, balancing short‑term results with long‑term growth while aligning global strategy with local execution. You’ll steer campaigns, portfolio health, and partnerships to accelerate D2C expansion, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

This role offers impact across multiple Southern European markets and a chance to shape a data‑driven, customer‑centric growth agenda.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Own regional D2C performance including sales, margin, and forecasting
Collaborate with global, local, and functional teams (finance, supply chain)
Drive traffic, acquisition, and conversion with digital marketing across Owned, Earned, and Paid channels
Oversee assortment strategy and portfolio health, identify gaps and drive improvements
Lead regional sales and performance reporting and translate data into insights
Build partnerships and growth initiatives for regional D2C
Set regional priorities balancing short‑term performance with long‑term growth
Initiate, execute, and manage commercial projects
Lead end-to-end regional campaigns with strong commercial impact
Collaborate with global teams to localize campaigns and ensure performance and relevance
Act as primary D2C contact for regional markets and ensure content localization
Coordinate with local order desk and operations for flawless eCommerce execution
Responsabilità   Marketing or Business Administration educational background
6+ years in D2C eCommerce or digital commerce, preferably international
Proven track record in owning sales, margin, and forecasting
Strong data‑driven commercial acumen
Excellent stakeholder management and influence across functions and levels
Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset with strategic and operational abilities
Strong communication and expectation management skills
Affinity with Southern European markets (Italy, Spain, France) is a plus
Fluency in English plus French or Spanish
