Through Whats App and messaging apps, we help brands sell through tailored, real‑time conversations that feel natural, helpful, and human. We’re not just automating commerce. We work with top brands like Ducati, Pittarosso, MC2 Saint Barth, Doppelganger, we recently closed a €2.4M seed round, and we’re just getting started.
The role
We’re looking for a driven, high-energy BDR who thrives on opening doors and creating opportunities — someone with a genuine hunger to make an impact from day one.
You’ll join a team of 3 BDRs led by Stefano as BDR Team Lead, working closely with Simon, our Account Executive to keep the pipeline constantly fueled with qualified meetings.
You’ll be one of the first to shape the direction of both the sales team and the company itself — this role matters.
Your main goals
Feed the Account Executive with qualified meetings with potential customers in our target market
Identify and connect with decision makers within prospect companies
Ensure a smooth and effective handoff to the AE, with meetings that are well‑prepared and qualified
Actively contribute feedback to continuously improve the sales process
What you will work on
Run outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold emails, and Linked In outreach
Work on opportunities generated by the growth team
Drive re‑engagement with lost or under worked opportunities already in the CRM
Keep the CRM organized and up-to-date, following established processes
Analyze your performance and track funnel data — not just meetings booked, but how they convert into deals
Collaborate closely with the BDR TL and Account Executive to share insights, feedback, and process improvements
About you
Fluent in Italian, with solid English skills
High energy, dynamic, and genuinely driven — you want to leave a mark, not just fill a seat
Not afraid of the phone — you enjoy conversations and know how to keep them flowing
Proactive, autonomous, and positive — you bring energy to the team, not just tasks
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where things move quickly and priorities shift
Curious and motivated to be part of something that’s still being built

Book your first qualified meetings

Track and report initial engagement metrics to your manager
Manage opportunities in the CRM independently
Share feedback on which channels and messages work best

Consistently hit your monthly quota of demo qualified done
Help refine outreach and re‑engagement strategies
Be a trusted contributor to improving our sales process
What we offer
Salary: the base annual salary (RAL) ranges from €30K to €34K (depending on experience) + performance‑based bonuses tied to demo qualified done targets.
Stock Options: you’ll receive a highly incentivizing stock options package so that if Text Yess becomes a giant company, you can enjoy substantial rewards. We want to make Text Yess feel like yours too.
We offer unlimited smart working, with the expectation of coming to our Milan office 2-3 times a week to build team spirit. Our office is based in a WeWork space, with free water and coffee included.
