In this role you drive growth by identifying and converting Microsoft-enabled transformation opportunities. You’ll work with the PwC and Microsoft ecosystems to shape joint value propositions and guide strategic pursuits from origination to close. You collaborate across PwC lines of service and with Microsoft account teams to ensure alignment and momentum. You help accelerate AI, cloud, and data solutions at scale and contribute to PwC’s leadership in digital transformation.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a dynamic alliance.
Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and convert transformation opportunities enabled by the Microsoft Technology Portfolio Cloud & AI Platforms
Collaborate with Microsoft ecosystem, account executives, and technical specialists to shape joint value propositions and co-sell strategies
Lead strategic sales pursuits including win strategy, proposals, and client engagements through to closure
Leverage Microsoft partner programs, incentives, and funding to support opportunity development and client value
Serve as a connector between Microsoft and PwC teams to ensure alignment on sales pursuits
Coordinate with PwC Lines of Service to identify opportunities with Microsoft solutions and positioning
Align with Alliance Teams for strategy and execution
Maintain accuracy and execution of the sales pipeline
Build and maintain relationships across Microsoft’s business and stay informed on portfolio and market trends
Qualifications Strong track record in business development and sales execution for technology-enabled transformations
Ability to collaborate across large ecosystems (Microsoft, PwC partners, sector leaders) to shape solutions
Experience leading pursuits, from strategy to deal closure
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and partner programs (Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform) and market trends
Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills
Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and results orientation
