Pharmaceutical Key Account Manager, North West Italy
C&C Life Sciences is supporting a global pharmaceutical company as it strengthens its commercial team across the North West region of Italy. The organisation is preparing to launch a new paediatric product and is investing in experienced talent to support market entry and hospital engagement.

You will manage strategic accounts across hospitals and clinical centres within the North West territory. The focus is on delivering high quality engagement, driving product adoption and ensuring consistent commercial performance. The role requires strong scientific understanding, structured territory planning and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior clinical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with hospital decision makers and clinical specialists
Execute territory plans aligned to commercial objectives
Deliver scientific and product information with accuracy and compliance
• Identify opportunities to increase product access and utilisation
Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the region
Collaborate with medical, marketing and market access teams to support wider strategy
Maintain high standards of reporting and CRM activity

Experience Required
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales within hospital or specialist settings
Strong scientific background or relevant life science degree
Clear understanding of the Italian healthcare system and regional structures
Track record of delivering commercial results within a defined territory
Ability to communicate scientific information confidently and professionally
Fluent Italian
