Full Timeacute Permanent We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Sales Italy to lead the company's entry and expansion in the Italian pharmacy market.

This strategic position will be responsible for developing the commercial strategy, building a high-performing sales network, and driving sustainable business growth nationwide. The successful candidate will initially focus on creating and managing a network of freelance sales representatives and will subsequently support the development of an internal sales organization as the business expands.

Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Italian marketxxx

Recruit, develop, and manage a nationwide network of freelance sales representatives

Drive brand penetration and sales growth within the pharmacy channel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, buying groups, wholesalers, and pharmaceutical distributors

Identify new business opportunities and accelerate market expansion

Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve ambitious growth targets

Work closely with senior leadership to shape and execute the company's growth strategy in Italy.

Lead the evolution of the commercial structure from an external sales network to an internal sales force as the organization scales

Your Profile Proven experience building and managing teams of freelance or independent sales representatives

Strong track record in sales leadership roles within the pharmaceutical, consumer health, OTC, healthcare, or pharmacy sectors

Deep understanding of the Italian pharmacy market and pharmaceutical distribution network

Experience launching new brands, expanding market presence, or developing high-growth commercial operations

Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution and problem-solving skills

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities
