International Sales Manager Cosmetics & Nutraceuticals OPENJOBMETIS SPA
• Milan, Lombardy, Italy  UNA Forza Vendite, Permanent Placement division of Openjobmetis S.p.A., is currently partnering with one of the most important developers of cosmetics and nutraceutical ingredients!

Main Responsibilities:

Define the long-term commercial strategy in line with company objectives;
Develop and coordinate various business models: a distribution network (especially abroad) and a sales team in Italy operating directly.
Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities;
Coordinate and motivate the sales team, setting clear and measurable goals;
Support, train, and monitor the performance of the field sales team;
Constantly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales;
Prepare periodic reports for company management, featuring forecasts and future sales analyses;
Manage the sales budget to ensure activities are conducted cost-effectively and profitably;
Directly manage a portfolio of major strategic accounts;
Attend industry trade shows, professional events, and client meetings.
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cosmetics xykwogc and/or nutraceutical sector, gained within an international context;
Bachelor's or Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology) or Economics;
Experience in team management;
Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (C1 level);
