PARTNERSHIPS & EXPERIENCES MANAGER  The Robin | Milan | Full Time

The Robin is a fast-growing global luxury membership community connecting founders, entrepreneurs, creatives, collectors and international leaders through curated introductions, exceptional experiences and privileged access.
Born in Milan and expanding internationally, we are building a new kind of global membership club: one that lives across cities and creates meaningful connections between exceptional people, brands and places.
We are now looking for an outstanding  Partnerships & Experiences Manager  to join our Milan team and help build the next phase of The Robin globally.
This is not a traditional events role.
We are looking for someone commercial, charismatic, highly organised and culturally curious who genuinely understands the worlds of  luxury, hospitality, fashion, art, design, private members clubs and international lifestyle .
You should be equally comfortable presenting a partnership idea to a luxury brand executive, developing an exceptional experience for our members, negotiating a commercial agreement and then making sure every detail is executed impeccably.

THE ROLE Working closely with the Founder and leadership team, you will help build and manage The Robin's global partnership ecosystem.
You will:

• Identify and develop exciting new partnerships across luxury, fashion, hospitality, art, design, culture, wellness, travel, finance and technology

• Build relationships with leading brands, hotels, cultural institutions, galleries and other organisations relevant to The Robin's international membership

• Manage and develop an existing pipeline of partnership opportunities

• Proactively identify and originate new commercial opportunities

• Manage inbound partnership enquiries

• Develop creative partnership concepts that go beyond traditional sponsorship and create genuine value for both members and brands

• Prepare compelling proposals, presentations and commercial offers

• Lead meetings, negotiate commercial terms and close partnerships

• Create exceptional clienteling activations, private dinners, cultural access, brand experiences and member programming

• Manage existing partners and identify opportunities for renewal and expansion

• Take projects from first conversation through contracting, execution and post-event follow-up

• Maintain impeccable CRM records, commercial pipelines, timelines and follow-up

• Work closely with Membership, Community and Operations teams

• Help develop partnership opportunities across The Robin's growing international network

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR  Please read the requirements carefully before applying.
This is a mid-level position and  we will only consider candidates who meet the essential experience and language requirements below.
You must have:

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience  in luxury partnerships, business development, luxury hospitality, private client relations, membership clubs, fashion/lifestyle, brand experiences, events, PR or a closely related field

• Fluent professional English AND fluent Italian. Both are essential

• Ideally a  third language , with French particularly valuable

• Proven experience dealing professionally with brands, clients, partners or senior stakeholders

• A strong understanding of the  luxury lifestyle ecosystem  and the standards expected when dealing with premium brands and private clients

• Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and follow-through

• Strong commercial instinct and confidence discussing budgets, proposals, negotiations and fees

• The ability to manage multiple projects, relationships and deadlines simultaneously

• Confidence and charisma. You enjoy meeting people, developing relationships and representing a brand externally
