Flow Impianti cerca un Technical Partner che entrerà come socio con una quota fino al 30% e manterrà lo stipendio da dipendente a tempo indeterminato. Sarai responsabile tecnico degli impianti termotecnici, guiderai una squadra e gestirai l'economia delle commesse.
Sede a Milano, ingresso ottobre 2026.
Requisiti: >10 anni su impianti HVAC, abilitazione D.M. 37/08, certificazione F-gas, patente B, italiano fluente e inglese tecnico. Compenso euro + benefit;
Dividendi sulla quota.
