Milan Area Schools seeks an Executive Director of Early Childhood to lead the Paddock Early Childhood Center (PECC) with a mission to provide safe, inclusive, and high-quality programs for birth to age 5. The role oversees infant/toddler rooms, GSRP preschool, and tuition-based preschool, driving readiness and foundational growth.
Preferred candidates bring GSRP/regulatory knowledge, experience with High Scope or Creative Curriculum, and a data-driven approach to coaching and program improvement.
